Working with industry at ITA completely changed my approach towards auditions from a "me vs them" nightmare to a true collaboration among artists. Taking redirection, which used to be catastrophic for me in auditions, is now my forte.

ITA has created an ideal place for actors. From the staff, to the actors, to the industry professionals they invite, ITA has brought together a group of supportive and creative souls. Even when COVID had us all isolated, I found a community of not just actors, but friends who have been willing to share, give and encourage each other. ITA is a gem.

I have enjoyed and benefitted from almost twenty years of attending ITA workshops. The casting people who attend are wise and kind, and teach us so much that helps us in auditioning, both in person and in our self-tapes.
